At the end of August 2023, Schools Elite organized “Teacher’s induction” divided into many different sessions with the participation of more than 50 teachers from the center and partner schools, teaching assistants and staff.
This is an annual activity organized by Schools Elite before the new school year. The training program helps teachers grasp and update advanced teaching methods, teaching content during the school year as well as effective coordination between foreign teachers and teaching assistants!
The training session not only provided the understanding about students, classrooms and curriculum but also gave a lot of information about the school system, working processes, and output standards for students. This is not only an opportunity for people to meet and interact with each other, but also a chance for teachers to exchange and share experiences.
